Framework

Frame Work of the organization:

• The organization shall function as per 5 tier system. Each tier shall be known as a Unit. Every Unit shall have a General body and an Executive Committee.

• Local Unit: There shall be only one Unit of the organization at a place, village, town or city.

• Taluka Unit: The Local Units of a taluka will elect their Taluka Unit, as provided for in the constitution.

• District Unit: The District Unit shall comprise of representatives of the Taluka Units. The cities with Corporation will be treated as districts.

• Divisional Units: The Divisional Unit shall comprise of the representatives of the districts. There are at present 7 revenue divisions in the state of Maharashtra. The number of Divisional Units shall also be 7 i.e. equal to the number of revenue divisions.

• Central Unit: The Central Unit shall comprise of the representatives of the divisions.

Wings of the organization:

• Separate wings of the organization may be established to look after the interests of various categories of teachers like Primary teachers, Secondary teachers, Junior College teachers, Senior College teachers and other similar categories of teachers according to the demands of the situation.

Office Bearers:

• Each Unit shall have the following Office Bearers.
• President,Vice President,Secretary,Joint Secretary,Treasurer,Office Secretary. Organising Secretary,Mahila Aghadi Pramukh.
• The President shall supervise the working of the organisation.
• The Secretary shall be the spokesman of the organisation and be resposible for proper working of the organization.
